Deep Tissue: a massage that’s used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.   $70/hour, $100/90 minutes

Swedish Massage:  a massage that's used to relax the entire body. It involves applying long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. This massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

$70/hour, $100/90 minutes

Pregnancy Massage:  a massage that's used to reduce stress and promote overall wellness during Pregnancy. This massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema.  Available in the 2nd and 3rd trimester only.  $70/hour, $100/90 minutes

Reflexology:  application of pressure on reflexes in the hands and or feet (which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body).  This technique relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.  $50
